Any one of the themes of today, could have a photograph here, but because the pets and especially dogs, are what I really like and make me feel good, here's some with their owners.

These photographs were taken by me in Portimão and were more or less stolen, to catch the moment.

The yheme of the day: You addiction



By day I am able to say to myself a number of times, "crap, I dont have the camera here with Me".
This is my addiction. whenever I can, I try to take pictures. I do not have an own theme, or found my way, although it has excluded some themes that i dont like.
The colors of the sky were incredible and 5 minutes after i whod not have been seen, nor the colors nor the rain and the clouds were almost disappeared.

A ASAE e a Vaca Louca

A notícia de que a ASAE não esta a fiscalizar os alimentos frescos que estão a ser consumidos no país preocupa-me. Não pela falta de fiscalização, mas pela notícia em si. Todos os meios de comunicação estão a difundir o facto. O preocupante é que possivelmente a SAE não irá conseguir exercer as suas funções da melhor forma até ao fim do ano, e os meios de comunicação já fizeram questão de lembrar aos produtores que existem produtos não legais que permite o aumento do peso e desenvolvimentos dos animais de uma forma mais rápida.

É bem possível que até ao final do ano vá aparecer nos nossos pratos carne e peixe com produtos químicos não legais, com os cumprimentos dos meios de comunicação.

MAC


The Theme of the day: Building



This is a building that is very dear to me, it was here that I was born in the 70s.
More than half the population of Lisbon in the second half of the twentieth century, was born in this building, which i affectionately call "aviary".
The Alfredo da Costa Maternity (MAC) is a building built and inaugurated on December 5, 1932 and was the first Maternity build from the root in Lisbon.
Dr Alfredo da Costa was a physician and professor of medicine and obstetrics pioneer in Portugal. He died in 1910, and was the main booster to the creation of this building. Never got to see it built.

The birth of a new day.

Open of a new day in Lisbon, around 06:25 am.
Friday 13, comes a new day and closer to another weekend.
Some minutes of waiting and here is one of a series of photographs taken this morning.
This is a magical moment in which more than half the population is still sleeping, or preparing the day for work, few have the opportunity to see this spectacle.
It was not easy getting up early to go shooting, but paid for the magic of the moment.

Ok, sim é verdade já estou atrasado um dia. A Photo de hoje era a de ontem, mas aqui vai.

O tema de hoje era, "busy", por isso aqui estou eu no trabalho. Sim, é verdade, apesar do que dizem, eu estou sempre ocupado no trabalho.

Não é uma foto estragada, mas um tentativa basicamente falhada de HDR.

Caracóis à Chapim.

Bem, para começar devo dizer que o molho esta muito apetitoso, embora os bichos não tenham adquirido o molho como deve de ser.
Como sobrou, amanhã vou tirar a prova dos nove, e talvez estejam melhores.

Na Panela, os Caracóis, depois de mais ou menos 30 minutos em lume brando (se for chama) ou num numero baixo se for eléctrico 2 ou 3.

Azeite, uma cebola partida em quartos, folhas de Louro, 5-6 dentes de alho, um Piripiri (mas cuidado, o que eu tenho é malino) e Bacon em pedaços, ou se quiserem um naco. Também se pode por Chouriço, e claro esta, um raminho de orégão.

Sal e pimenta q.b. convém ir provando o caldo.

Ainda adicionei um ingrediente secreto, mas esse não digo.

Depois dos 30 minutos, podemos adicionar os ingredientes, e puxa-se o lume para quase o máximo, durante mais ou menos 70 ou 80 minutos. Quando a cebola já estiver com um aspecto transparente, é porque esta ok. 

Aconselho, vivamente a que se faça este petisco, pelo menos com 2 ou 3 horas de antecedência, para o bicho tomar o sabor do caldo.

Ia, sou eu. Preto e Branco pareceu-me bem, para além do toque da agua, para criar alguns pontos de brilho e reflexo.
